I have one of his already but it doesn't suck it in as much as you see on the CO bikes.

how it sits with saltytonk mount... I would have to bend the lower tab up to get bolt to clear lower tree then I could def push it back but he uses beefy metal. 1/4" thick

Looks like that headlight has some depth to it as well. So the light might contribute to it sticking out so far.

I'm halfway hoping when I finish my XS650 that I can find someone who might be willing to trade for another Sportster that I can screw with.

i think HERE is right. the light is oblong shaped, like an egg. if it weren't so deep it would appear to be closer in to the trees. the light SF gave me should sit really nice on that mount. thanks for posting that pic.

I bought this TT&Co light from Eternal Combustion but still haven't mounted it. It's a replica of the old Unity lights and it pretty small. Like 4" around. I don't have a depth measurement but I could get one. Spring came early here to it got tossed in the pile with the rest of my winter mods for right now.

Here's an idea I was playing with for something different. It'll need a little trimming but I think I can make this work. Just for something different. And yes, my signals are getting moved.

Mine is 3.5" round probably 4" deep.

BMX I am seeking alternate routes currently for mounting the light... If you would like the saltytonk mount (riser bolt mounted) I may be interested in parting with it.. Its brand new $30 and its all yours... (granted that is if this new mounting option works for me.. won't know till next week)
