Haha. I was lettin the boys have their fun. I got nothing. Painted my turn sig mounts and the mirror mount for the tree. That's pretty much it. Gotta tank the tank back off and straighten up some wiring by the wknd and take this bitch for a ride. 65 on Saturday!

No I bought it for $1000 from a guy who did it. I'll post pics of it when I first bought it, it sucked. I'd like to think my version will be a bit more tastefully refined.

No it's not attached in that pic. That's one of my last things to do is to sort out fender struts/sissy bar etc.


This was when I first bought it. Not half bad but there was alot of Mickey Moused **** on there. He had 1" risers and 7/8" drag bars/controls. So he heated 2 quarters(as in $0.25) and smashed them into the risers as spacers, wiring was a mess, exhaust was junk, half the frame was painted, half primed, crappy fender/sissybar. Note the controls. Homebuilt forwards with a lever/linkage for the rear brakes but nothing for the shifter. So you'd have to remove your foot from the peg, then hit the shifter and return your foot to the peg. Sketchy.


So far I've just done some general cleaning up and removing of unnecessary ugly crap/brackets, powdered the frame, swapped the tank for a lower tunnel Sporty tank, TC Bros forwards/linkage, new battery box and fake oil tank for the electronics, nicer exhaust, 7 Metal West ducktail fender, new bars, put the front brakes back on using stock rotor and a Brembo caliper/GSXR master cylinder, shaved the lower legs with the exception of the brake mounts and just some other misc crap. It's nothing special but it's slowly getting where I want it. Slow progress.

Love the bike. I love the jap style builds but I just don't like the tanks. Your bike has def inspired the direction of my sporty.
