when's she gonna hit the road again?you must be having crap weather, ours is bollocks
gone down hill the last 2week.sword
I don't know man. There's so much left to do and so little time to do it. Still have quite a few mods to complete before I pull the engine again, disassemble everything and then send stuff off to either powder coat or paint. I'm not a cold weather rider, so that means the good riding weather for me doesn't usually arrive around here in a normal year until late April/early May. So that's what I was planning for. But that was before I added about ten additional mods to the original list. Maybe I'll finish it up by then but it's hard to tell at this point. And as you can see from the latest pics, this isn't a normal year by a long shot. We should have two feet of snow on the ground and temps hovering around zero degrees F. This has been one of the mildest winters on record and if that holds thru the rest of the winter it'll be warmer a lot sooner than normal. Which is really gonna suck when the bike is still sitting in the shop incomplete and unrideable. All I can do is keep plugging away at it and hope for the best.
thats looking pretty cool ,
i like the fact that it looks different from the run of the mill shortshots and apes kind of thing ,
great job
Thanks Maddog. That's a large part of what I'm trying to do. We all roll with what we like and what we can afford, and I try to make it a point not to bad mouth anyone's ride. I just want mine to be different, without being too far over the top; to look good without being like every other good looking sporty out there. I'm hoping to achieve that, and so far I think it's moving in the right direction.
