Does your sheet show the air/fuel ratio at different rpm? That may help to determine what jet you need.

Nope the guy said his dyno doesn't show that so it's not on my sheet. [&:]
I am talking to the local Harley dealer down the street right now and he set me up for a dyno tune for May 11. Their dyno tune shows the air fuel I made sure I asked.

That's pretty good for a vanilla conversion with 883 heads.

to be honest the 883 ignition I had on before this dyno run felt like it made the bike run a little stronger but maybe I'm imagining it.
You probably aren't imagining that part. The 883's have lower compression so I think the 883 ignition module has a more aggressive advance curve. Usually best power is made with the most advance you can give it without it pinging (not always though).

I think I can squeeze a little more hp and torque out with some tuning...to be continued
You might be able to. What that dyno sheet shows you is a wot run so it's using the main jet. You might get more bumping up the main jet to 175 or even 180.

pig I think that is a good dyno with the bread and butter conversion, I think when you get to where you can do the heads and cams you should be pushing 85-90 hp.

Finally got my sheets scanned in. I got my rpm numbers wrong when giving you guys the details on the runs...sorry...I was trying to remember what it looked like without seeing the sheet.

My baseline-883R with stage I A/C(cover removed) and SE II slip on's and rejet (bought the bike set up this way)

1200 upgrade- 1200 cylinders, pistons, ignition module. Screaming Eagle heads w/aftermarket cams(not sure what kind though), push rods. SE II slip on's and stage 1 A/C(cover removed) with same rejet from 883 setup. I think it needs to be rejetted.

And here are some pics of the bike since I haven't posted any since becoming a member.

Damn that's a beautiful 883R EricM, that chin spoiler, front fairing and front fender really set it off. Are those SE heads for an 883 or a 1200? I would imagine a 1200.

Thanks for the kind words. The SE heads are 1200's. I just couldn't spend all that money and leave the 883 heads on it. I wanted it to breath.

2004 1200 Custom. S/E A/C, carb jetted 45/185, Daytona Twin Tech ignition, and V/H Straightshots HS.

cost just under 300 for the dyno and tuning work. The blue line is the baseline before carb work.
