Default New Nightster

Hello all! Name's Matt, I wanted to introduce myself to the forum as I have been lurking around for some time now gathering ideas for modifications to my Nightster I just purchased a few weeks back. I fell in love with Slackster's olive green sporty and everything he has done to it thus far, such a sexy bike!!

So far I've gone with a speedo relocation, coil+ignition relocation, 2" tank lift, wire tuck, heat wrapped the exhaust, removed front signal lights, fishboy clamp, and plan on much more. I have a new set of handlebars coming via UPS that should arrive tomorrow afternoon that I will update with more and better photos (weather permitting) once I have them installed.

and now for the photos!

Nice bike, but I never really liked the wrapped exhaust, ape handles & yellow wires.
All that matters is that you're happy! Congrats!

Looks great!

Mods look really good. Amazing how many directions you can take to make it look the way you want.

The apes are not bad, in my opinion, but agree on the wires and exhaust, and would lower that tank back to stock, if it were me. Still, great looking bike! I LOVE our Nightster, a real blast to ride! Welcome to the forums, Matt!

Love everything but the exhaust wrap. Looks halfway done to me.

And welcome!

A cheap way to combat the wrap is to paint it black. It would look a lot less "in your face" and would look a lot better, should you decide to keep it... IMO.

The wrap will change colors. I however would have ended the wrap at the slip on. Looks a little weird on the actual slip on
