Default Kuryakyn crankcase breather

Been looking at the kuryakyn crankcase breather #9918. Question is, does anyone know if this will work on a 2007 Sportster with EFI? Or could someone reccomend a set up like this where the oil vapors go back into the engine? Sorry I couldn't attach a pic but pc is down so I'm using phone to post. Thanx
