Both ours are stock miniapes that came on pre-2006 Dyna Wideglides (pre-06 bars are 1" and external wiring. Newer ones are fatter and internal wiring). HD Part no: 56079-93T. They'll cost ya $40 or less. I paid about $37 for my wife's and $30 for mine. I got a deal on mine from, well, the dealer. They had a set of take-offs from someone that bought a wideglide and put new bars on before taking delivery. Of course the bars are cheap. Its the cables that get ya.
I'd suggest wire harness extenders in lieu of having someone solder/extend your wiring. Its easier to go back if you ever want to without having to find a place for the extra length of wiring. Plus, you can get the extenders for a fraction of the labor cost most will charge to extend the wires. Even if you DIY the solder job, I'd think your time is worth more than the cost of this option.
You can also get new switch control kits with 60" harnesses that'll fit just about any bars you can put on your bike. But they're more than either of these options (70239-07, $159.95)
Control wire extenders: 72150-03 (right) and 75151-03 (left). $17.95 each.
Turn signal extenders: Unknown part no's for these. I had turn signal relocation kit instead (68517-94A. $28.95).
