Smartpartz Quiet Baffles in Cycle Shacks?
A few days I posted about how sweet my new Cycle Shack slip-ons are. After spending a few rides with them I decided they are way too damn loud. I'm all for being heard, but these verging on annoying. I just got back from a ride and even with ear plugs my ears are ringing. I don't know what I expected since the CS's are basically drag pipes.
So my question...has anyone used these Smartpartz Hard Kore Quiet Baffles? I searched and there are a few mixed reviews from the Dyna guys but nothing on the Sportys. I need to do something and really don't want to go back to stock.
Here they are:

I have a Deluxe w/ V&H staggered Big Shots (standard baffles). They are quite loud but have a nice sound
I just ordered some silica fiber cloth from McMaster (based upon a discussion on the forum) to try wrapping the standard baffles to see what it does for the sound.
If it doe snot quiet them down w/o changing the "note", I'm gogin to try the SmartPatz Hard Kore baffles as well. Every post I read says it makes a remarkable difference in the amplitude (volume) but does not detract from the "sound quality".
