Default 09 Rocker Wheels on a 06 883c

My brother just upgarded his wheels on a 09 Rocker C and gave me his factory wheels. In my haste i bought new tires for the wheels and realized today that the shaft size for the front is different between bikes.

Can I use these wheels on my bike? I know the rear will require a wide tire conversion. Will I be able to install 06 883c bearing on the wheel for the 0.75" ID shaft? Will I need a spacer since the ID of the wheel where the bearings doesn't sit is larger than .75"? Same questions apply for the rear except I think the rear is 1.00" ID bearings for the Sporty (not sure what it is for the Rocker C) Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Turns out this is going to be a little cumbersome. For the front rocker wheel to take a 0.750" shaft I could do 1 of 2 things, (1) machine a bushings to fit into the 25mm ID bearing to change it into a 0.75" ID or (2) machine each side of the wheel where the bearing sits to take a 0.75" ID bearing (which has a thickness of 21 mm) in place of the 25mm ID (which has a thickness of 15mm).

Dammit HD, why couldn't have been an easy bearing swap??? That I unless someone knows of a another solution.
