Thinking of going with the ness big sucker stage 1 filter or SE stage 1 filter, and want to keep the open element look but put a trim ring on it. I like the looks of the trim ring near the bottom here:

I'd prefer the Screaming Eagle/HD ring, and I have found the ring but I have not found the center piece that the screw goes through to hold it on. Can anyone help me? I spent a couple hours navigating around HD's website trying to find this decorative trim section they advertise to keep the stock "open" appearance of the filter, but haven't had much luck.

Like I said, like the looks of the SE/HD trim ring but can't find the plate the screw goes through that holds the ring to the filter and I'm not having much luck at all. Can anyone help me?
