Default Willville Motorcycle Camp on the BRP

Nice place. The OL and I blasted down the Blue Ridge Parkway on the Sportsters to mile marker 177, spent the night and came home the next day. Total of about 700 miles in 32 hours. Sweet.
We stayed in the cabin at Willville Motorcycle Camp rather than haul a bunch of camping gear. For a one night, quick, get out of town it was perfect. Will is very accommodating with coolers available and a microwave under the Check-in roof with a coffee machine. He's got a freezer with ICE CREAM. Awesome! There's good cell service, so we were able to watch a movie on the laptop with an air card after we said hi to everyone at the community fire ring. We opted to try the breakfast biscuits (an option at check-in) and they were quite good. Quick and dirty breakfast and back on the BRP.
Good people.

Check-in roof:

A pavillion that would be suitable for larger gatherings/groups. You can see the community fire ring in the background, right:

A step inside the door. Clean, tidy and big enough:

Facing the other way:

Bath house in the back ground. Very clean, spider web free, three sinks no waiting:

Priceless:

I plan on staying there again. Next time, maybe as a base camp for a few days in the tent.

Huh, good to know. That's only about 45 minutes from my house and I never even knew it existed. Thanks for the report!

Thanks for those, 3skulls. Something to look forward to. Both of those are new to me and they look promising.
