I know I'm gonna screenshot the diagrams for my bike and get the OL to print it off for me hehehe.

I broke my drive belt Saturday night too. Must have been a bad night for drive belts! I was racing my Sporty on a dirt track at the time. My dealer quoted me $250 for a new belt. Then he told me everything I need to convert it to a chain drive is $210. That's a no brainer for me! I'm converting it to a chain drive! I'd rather have a chain drive anyway because I definitely plan on racing it again.

Is that price for the install too? Because I bought my new drive belt a couple years ago and it was $80 from the dealer. I put it on myself in less then an hour

No. They want $250 just for the belt.

I know the price of things has gone up in the past 3 years. But from $80 in 2008 to $250 in 2011 is crazy.

I was gonna mention that. I checked ebay before placing my order on Ronnie's website and found a brand new one for $121 shipped. From a company, not an individual, claims its meets or exceeds oem standards. Saved me 100 bucks...we'll see

Mine is a long way off but what is the pro and con of a chain drive vs a belt drive?

Chains are added weight, more noise, need lubrication hence are messy, not as smooth running, belts usually give a much longer service life. Belts are the new chains! I haven't owned an open chain drive bike since 1977, they are just such old news!
