The color was a last minute decision - while trying to incorporate the flat look with some gold. It looks better in person, the camera (phone) doesn't do a great job capturing it. I will take some pictures with a real camera once the badges are back on.

She is very happy with it...
or maybe she's just happy to have it back after a few weeks of downtime.
If she likes it thats all that matters and I have no doubt that it looks better in person

I agree with the comments about the tuna cans (gauges), they gotta go.

Customizing your ride I get, wrapping that chit on your pipes not so much, making your license plate into a shin buster just plain nuts!

The license plate mount is actually a Harley part, it folds back and forward if you bump it or just to fold it out of the way when parked. In our area some troopers love to ticket folks for vertically mounted plates, this was the best option for mounting it horizontally. It does not stick out as far as you might think, no further than if there were saddle bags on the bike... IMO it looks great!
