Howd you go about the wrap near the O2 sensor bungs? Doing the same to mine soon, tryin to think how to wrap around them with everything still having an even look
I have a 93 Springer - aftermarket straight pipes, no O2 sensor. but wrapping around them shouldn't be difficult. Just wrap up against one side then cheat the next "wrap" and then continue your distance/spacing. if that makes sense.

Can you post a link to your RSD speedo re-locating kit.
I've seen the kit for side mount (fork clamp) but not for
front & center configuration.
Thanks!

here's a link i found. everything you need.

http://www.chrome-addiction.com/g-rs...ator-17680.php.

it is designed to use with a top mounted headlight. because the custom has a headlight mounted from the bottom to a block, there is not enough space to fit the bottom on the speedo mount and clear the light. i bought some 1/4 plexiglass, traced the outline of the mount and necessary holes and used my dremel tool to fabricate a bottom to fit. i primed it and use satin black spray paint on it. i bought some chromed acorn nuts to affix to the allen bolts that came with it. looks good and so far no problems. other than that all you need to know how to do is solder the wires to the idiot lights. really was a piece of cake to install.

I let. Mine run about 20 minutes after install. Smoked like it was on fire. Then it stopped. Get a little steam when it's raining.
been a few hundred miles and they still give off nasty smell. Not overpowering, but noticeable.
At least I'm not toasting my leg and shoes anymore.
