not too close to the motor? What kind of clip did you use to hook it onto there?

It looks closer in the photo than it really is and the temps were fine. I used a kitchen fire extinguisher wall hangar that I had laying in the garage; all I did was drill a series of holes down each edge of the hangar then use heavy duty zip ties to mount it to the frame. It never wobbled or worked loose once.
