It's been 6 weeks and 3 days since my order. Communication is absolutely horrible. Takes weeks for a reply, no updates and horrible customer service. I found out I MIGHT get my pipes late next week or the week after.....

That would be 2 months from my order. Un-FVCKING-acceptable! If these are built to order, FINE! But be ABLE to PRODUCE! Hire some help!I've never even waited close to this long from stuff overseas. I'm so incredibly disappointed it's truely heart wrenching. I will say - no matter how cool they are - it's not worth a 2 month wait.

I will not be doing business with you ever again.

 

Phew.. your a better person then me. I'd be calling them every day and b!tching them out. I'd be fuuuuuurious! I have very little patience, and to make one wait that long with terribly customer service is just a joke.

Did u pay them dude? If so they owe you a set of pipes or a good explanation and i wouldnt stop until i got one or the other. Did you order from nash m/c or sikpipes?

 

The best sportster pipes in the world come from RB Racing. They build each order for the bike. Takes a couple months to get them too........
Nice thing is they don't take any money up front and charge your card when they ship....

 

Imagine how happy you're gonna be when you receive them!

LSR 2-1 pro-stock is my dream. I have to go with something else for "sound" until I get to the point that I can actually get the software/hardware to fully tune the machine, then I can get the RB pipe. Ok, I can't think about it anymore.

Man I understand how you feel. A friend of mine is hands down the best paint/body guy I know but he's so damn slow it's simply not worth it.

 

No way would I be understanding of a company that takes my payment and sits with it for two months before shipping my product. That's just BAD BUSINESS!!!

 

I would flip the *** out!

Maybe callem,. and let them know ur about to go global on them and spread thru the forum, copy the link to the thread to them, and see if they will get u a refund and maybe pipes too??
