Could be alot of things, don't panic, I've had the same issue. Is it very cold, say below freezing? Did you have spark? How much did you pump the throttle? battery strong? How far did you pull the enricher/choke? Flooded? Fouled plugs? etc... For mine, I have to give the throttle 2 half pumps, pull the enricher about a quarter way out, make sure it's in neutral (not with the clutch pulled in unless it warm), and not romp on the throttle untill warm. Usually about 2 to 4 min. then ride easy for a bit. Any help???

If you recently washed it, then you could have gotten water into the heads. Does water blow out the exhaust when you start the bike? I think too much water can hydrolock the bike at worst.

The bike start and idle well. The problem is when I move the throtle it backfire by the carb and die... I'm a little bit concern about it, I'm sure the cause was water somewhere.

Water saturated air cleaner?
Coil wet and breaking down?

My opinion on the 2 most likely suspects.

if cold (below 50) and your sporty is stock (no reject) then it is normal. A sporty is manufactured cold natured (LEAN). If you rejet for your altitude and average temp then you will see great difference in starting and performance.
