Update Number 2: Custom Dynamics is a very nice company. They have been calling me, leaving me messages and details of every step along the way. They are going to get me new parts. They are going to make it right.

In this case, Kuryakyn is being a pain.

All is good. They're going to get me new parts sent out. One day shipping because Kuryakyn is in Wis. - Packers Suck!

Nothing but top notch stuff from Kury myself. Only prob I ever had was the Dealer broke a Kury part that I purchased somewhere else. The other shop (M&M Leather) replaced it without any questions and Kury as well credited them.

 

It looks like a used part that someone else returned.

Just once I felt hosed. The chrome knife blade front axal spinners. The blades were plastic colored chrome and they didn't really spin. These were indeed junk. All else was good experience.

 

Yeah, Bo Joe I'm just kidding. Kuryakyn is actually on the opposite side of the state from Green Bay. They may be heavily infiltrated with Vikings fans for all I know.
