Without modification prolly. I have pulled mine apart to measure and calculate, and I assure you that a 200 will fit with some minor (to me) massaging. Of course this also requires a new wheel and the conversion to chain drive.

I have far more hours of riding on mine than I do "fixing" though, so I have only figured out what I am going to do when I make the move, I have not actually DONE it. I did find some pretty nice aluminum rims with a LOT of lacing options. I will get to working on some stuff over the winter to be sure though. You can do whatever you want, it's just a question of either money or time, depending on whether you do the work or have a shop do it.
