Post sportster turn signal question dealer couldnt help me

first of i bought the bike with no signals. i am not a huge fan of doing signals dont feel safe with the drivers around my area not knowing what they mean or care for that matter. So i bought the rear and front used but all stock harley brand orginal signals. The front is easy they both connect to a signal plug and plug in under the tank. The rear both have a small plug to plug in for both sides. ones black the others white. My question is does anyone have a picture where they plug in. Mine just has the wires cut off on each side and since i paid the money to get signals with the plugs i didnt want to cut them and put attach the wires to the wires. I would rather by the 2 plugs they plug into and just wire them so if i ever have to remove the signals i can just unplug them rather then cuting the wire and redue it everytime. I ask the HD dealer in my area and they said they didnt know what it plugs into. wtf. So i called the next closest dealer and they tried to tell me that the rear was like the front and they both went into one plug. I dont believe them b/c i have both sets of wires on each side under my seat. any info will be greatly helpful. Thanks

Information about the bike would help.

But best guess is to pull your tail light out. There will be a little module there that the signals plug into.

I replaced both signals on my 09. The module is under the tail light. Then each cable plugged into that module. A lot easier than it sounds.

White is left ... black is right.
