Default Wrapping lower forks.

Anyone here wrapped their lower forks ?
My brushed aluminum lowers are tarnished i think from the road salt and salt air. They won't clean up so i was toying with the idea of wrapping them.

Oh lawdy! Don't do that!

A lotta sanding and hand polishing with Simi-Chrome is how I did mine. Easier if you remove the legs and have a buffing wheel.

Powdercoating is pretty damn cheap if you have the ability to tear down your front end.

Vinyl wrap is extremely easy to use. That's what I used on my uppers between the trees. I have an Iron so I used black carbon fiber vinyl, being that I'm opting to stay "dark". However, any flavor of vinyl could be easily applied. Use a heat gun/hair dryer for difficult areas.
