Default What do you think about rubbermount hardtails?
I've heard a lot from they're so f@#king awesome to they're just a wannabe rubber mounted hardtail. What's your take?

mine is getting hardtailed this winter. so thats my take on it. im sitting on rigid struts till then.

That's different. That's a welded on hardtail for a rubber-mounted engine. Read back what you wrote, and you'll see that it looked like you were saying the hardtail was rubber-mounted.

Those I've seen and ridden, and the quality varies hugely, which is why you get so many different comments about them.
