Dying battery

Yes i did do the test, well at least tried, my multimeter absolutely sucks, and i really dont know how to use it well

And yes the first thing i looked for was a bad or grounded wire, in which case i found none

so i just replaced the voltage regulator, battery was fully charged, started it up and watched the volts go up to a steady 13.80, is my problem solved? before it didnt budge from 12.43

Well went for a ride last night and everything seemed fine, it looks as though my problem is solved, thanks everyone for the help
