And I fully back the wearing of them. But some people have their own personal feelings about wearing them so I can see that too. But I feel that it only make the riding experience better.

No doubt!

I would like to have my outlaw country when I'm going to Luckenbach next month.
My wife listens to an I pod when we ride and she tried many buds and earphones etc. she found the Sony behind the neck headphones with the foam ear pads and head band runs around your neck below hairline. She has used them for years and good sound and stay in place and dont bother her ears, $20 at K Mart.

I have been using Skullcandy Ink'd for a few years and love them.

My wife recently got a case for her ipad2 from Zagg and they sent her a free pair of earbuds they call Zaggsmartbuds http://www.zagg.com/audio/smart-buds.php
These things rock as well and may even sound a little better than the Skullcandy buds. I like that they have an inline volume control. They also have a mic if you want to use them for a iphone or whatever and if you click the button on the inline mic then it pauses your ipod, press it again and the muisc resumes. The chord is also a little sturdier than the Skullcandy Ink'd buds although I've never had a problem with the Skullcandy chords and never broke one.
I now listen to music via the Zumo 450 GPS I put on the bike and I started using the Zaggsmartbuds with it.
