I ordered a set of Nash Grit hangers last year.Ordered them over the phone and spoke with Taber in person. He told me 2-3 weeks the latest.Well 6-7 weeks later the bars finally came in.I loved the bars and Taber seemed like a really cool dude. But a lot of email and phone calls were not returned in those weeks.Their customer service is not the best .This was my experience.

took 6 wks to get my gimp hangers from them. that's how nash rolls, built to order. i knew that going in so expectations were met for me as i got my bars right about when they said i would. i'm sure the pipes will be worth it SF. pipe down and grab yourself a beer and chill (just don't grab a bud light lime), those pipes are gonna give you a woody when you see 'em. lol. good luck!
EDIT**-just went to their site and right on the parts page at the very top (can't miss it). there is a terms and conditions link. i'm guessing you breezed right over it SF. i look at it this way, custom anything takes time. just like large scale custom tattoo work which i happen to know something about doesn't happen overnight. custom is what it is.....custom! i can bet you won't see anyone with them on their sporty at the local bike night though.

Tyler at SikPipes makes a really solid product but my overall experience in the process of getting my exhaust is right around a 3 out of 10. I had ordered them while I still was i Iraq with the promise of 6-7 weeks. I was fine with that because I wasn't even going to be back by then. So after 7 weeks I get home and still nothing. I email him and get told that on that Friday they would ship. No confirmation, nada. I let a week go by and email him again. Same deal, this Friday they'll go out, I promise. Another week down no exhaust. All told it took closer to 12 weeks to get them and the price quote/ invoice ended up being $25 off. He said he would look into that as they were changing prices during the time I ordered mine. I sent him the original price quote he had sent me and a copy of the invoice around a week/ week and a half ago and haven't heard about the refund.
I normally wouldn't bitch about $25 but when I have to wait 5 extra weeks for something that I have been basically lied to about being shipped 2x, then I want my $$ to be 100% right.
Aside from that the pipes are awesome and feel like I could bash a rhino with them.

It seems with some of these smaller shops you have to have patience. Most can't afford to keep parts in stock since alot of stuff is pretty one-off. So it makes more since to build parts as orders come in. The end result is some cool parts that odds are you'll never see on any other bike around. It sucks but you'll be happy with the end result.
If could be worse. Most of Paul Yaffe(the Bagger Nation dude) has his parts made overseas. So when you wait 2-3 months for one of his tanks it usually because it was stamped out in some shop in Asia and is currently in a cargo ship crossing the Pacific.
