I don't get it, you guys have to wait three weeks when you buy a vehicle before you can register it?
Here you can go get a plate right away...hell some dealers even have a registry office in-house so you don't even need to leave the building!
Maybe it's cause our summer only lasts fifteen minutes

If you're prepared for it, rain isn't all that bad. The day I picked mine up from the dealer it was raining. Hell, both my avatar and sig photos are from rainy days. Like anything else, dress for it and be careful. I went out on a camping trip last week knowing I was going to get wet. Week before I rode into scattered storms in a T shirt and 3/4. Bike didn't melt either time. The bike is a stormcaller. I swear, I could start the thing on a cloudless day, and within 20 minutes it'll be raining.

Just like to share an update - I had the chance to rode the bike today and took some pictures and video on a nearby park. I loved the bike - I feel that it is too hot (temperature wise - not the look) and loud for regular commute to work but it's definitely nice for longer and faster ride.
