He's probably a good salesman. But beyond that, I say good on ya. You got the bike you really deep down wanted. Anything else, you wouldn't have been really satisfied.
Although I bought mine used, I bought the exact bike I wanted after mucho thought, research, & hunting. No regrets!

But that was in April - July is a tough month to buy a bike.

 

i love my nightster and like you, was the reason why i bought a harley. that thing just called me out when i saw and had to have it. however, had i known some of the things i know now, efi vs. carb etc etc. i may have opted for an older bike that i could have hacked and chopped anyway i wanted without the friggen payment. who knows, if confronted with the option to go back, i'd prolly stay right where i am. make no mistake about it, I LOVE MY 08!

bmxatv: Yea I am extremely happy with my buy. I had to be on a nightster. It was calling my names, and once we talked about number and got some nice incentives to take the last 2011 off the floor. AND he hacked my payment way down. I just couldn't leave it there. LOL oh well it's exactly what I wanted. So I'm stupid happy right now.
