Default Dog attack part 2

Hi all,
so this is pretty much a question to anyone who has the insight to the electrics on a 2011 iron.
Pretty much my dog ate my front wiring loom, all he did was pull out the O2 sensor plug with the ViED attached and ate it. I reconnected everything [soldering it back together as the plugs weren't damaged as far as i could see] for round two, he at the plugs from the O2 sensor and the replaced ViED and chewed the crap out of another mystery plug.

2 Questions,1) soldering stuff back together assuming the plugs aren't damaged, will that be ok?
2) what is this mystery plug, it wasn't attached to anything but i had to repair the connection

the numbers in the pic are 1) where the O2 used to be, 2) is the female end of the O2 and 3) Mystery plug
last pic is all thats left of the ViED and the male O2 end

I said the same thing when we first picked up our golden retriever and she chewed up my favorite pair of hiking boots!

This seems the extent of the tech support here, bland stupid remarks.

For my part I would download the electrical manual for the bike and see what (if any) details you can cypher from the schematics, it may be for nothing but you may also find out the dog actually ate a required part that you know nothing about.

Good luck, the manuals can be found for around $7 on the net.

1) i assume it would be ok as long as your using shrink tubing or something to protect it from the elements. and of course it it all works once ur done soldering back together.
2)dont know about the mystrey plug....

I remember when my dog chewed up the left hand grip on my bike. I was pissed!
