Finally some decent shots of the scoot! Let me know what you guys think.

All you need to do is remove the slider part of the bracket, then mount the plate sideways with 2 bolts. I put a smoked cover on mine but I had to notch the top corner because of the hinge part.

Yeah man, we gotta get together and ride sometime. My riding this year is down with the baby and a four year old, but I can swing at least one ride a weekend...lame!

Simmy,
Your bike was the first on here I saw of the iron and I love it! Just got my permanent plates on my 09 and have got 1200 miles on it now. Gonna leave it pretty much for this first season and tear into it this winter to make some mods like exhaust, intake, tuner, seat, and fender and others.
A couple questions for you....
Is that just the stock license plate bracket turned somehow? I looked at mine last night trying to figure out how you flipped it.
And when you chopped your rear fender, is it lowered just using the struts or do you lower the mounting holes on it?
Again love your bike man

It's lowered using the struts and I also cut enough off my fender to tilt the back of it downward so I could get a lower look. I used the stock mounting holes too.

I'm gonna do that man, my buddy canceled on me tonight so I'll get them up as soon as he has time to put them on this weekend or next week.

I want to mount it up, I took the light off and the visor and realized I'd have to undo my wire wrapping under the tank to get enough slack in the wires to move the light up or extend the wires. I got lazy and put it back so I could just ride...lol! I'm gonna do it one of these days.
