Low voltage charging suggestions
Trying to help my neighbor fix his 88 sporty. When running its only charging at 11.9 volts at low rpm and 12.10 at max. Should be at 13.8 or higher. Of course first thought was the regulator so we replaced it but same results. Checked ground of regulator and main ground but all was good. Could it be the stator? Any other suggestions?
