I gotta ask....Where in the lane were you stopped? Center, left third or right third? Just wondering and very glad you are not worse for wear. Get the bike fixed quick.

FYI, the cagers address should be on the police accident report. Not saying I am suggesting any illegal vandalism or anything of that sort... just thought I would point that out unless you feel like sending her some cookies.

I was in the center of the lane at the time. Luckily for me, it was a 30MPH zone so she wasn't going any faster when she realized everyone else was stopped already. Otherwise I might not be sitting here chatting on the forum..

Are those burnt cookies I smell.........oh, send them anyways. It's the thought that counts.

Glad to hear you're ok.

Last night our riding group was out and a kid made a left turn from the right lane right in front of the first man. First and second man had to slam on their brakes. Dumb a$$ kid. He knew what he was doing. Good thing the first man kind of sensed something was up and slowed down.

Make her insurance company rent you a bike, on her nickle.

Glad your ok . The bike can be repaired. Remember to always leave yourself an escape route in stopped traffic. Never remain stopped in the center of the lane. Left is preferable right in the rear view of the vehicle your following also allow adequate distance so you can get away if need to.

Get an attorney. Sometimes those injuries won't show immediately.
