Default Need some wheel size advice from the board. Cant make up my mind on wheel size.

Im building a bobber and debating on the following:

16" Front and Rear Wheels
18" Front and Rear Wheels
18" Front and 16" Rear Wheels - updated had the wrong size for rear wheel.

What do you all think would be a good size? Im really digging the 16" all around but will that make my bike extremely low? Got a 69 Ironhead.

Any pictures of different sizes on a bobber would be great.

Thanks in advance.

the Japanese seem to love the bigger wheels in back and front.

I like it, but it's a different look for sure.

the 16s are much more traditional IMO.

here are some fresh Japanese ones, by Crazy Orange MC:

I think the 18 in the front and rear would look good. I think the 16s might be too small. But they would make your bike low. Whatever you decide will be cool because it is yours.

crazyorangemc flat out rules......hell anything the japanese do to a sportster basically rules. *** a fat front tire man....tall and skinny up front like maybe a 21 and a 16 out back. fonrt and rear 18's look cool too but you gotta rock some drag bars with that look.
