Looking to use emblems to give my 1200R chrome oil - battery covers a nice add...These are thin metal with adhesive backing just looking for opinions or input...

1. Bar and Shield emblem - Silver and Black
OR
2. Older HD emblem - classic

I have skulls on many parts but I am looking to add a difference without a clash to my sportys classic lines too
??? Opinions...Rude comments...

Holy crap I just stuck a chrome bar and shield emblem on my covers yesterday. As you now I just bought new decals on ebay to try. I'll take a picture of the Bar and shield logo on my bike and post it.

 

HD also makes a trim for the oil tank and battery cover. That's the one on my bike. Here's a pic so you can see how they look.

 

here's a pic of the chrome bar and shield decal. I figure if I don't like it I can take it off.

Wonder how thick they are and if they are bendable. They are small though. The ones in the picture I posted are approximately 3" x 4"

 

I can mic em out once i get them but they are flexible - bendable... My concern would be the flexibility will not impact the adhesive properties over time...

 

Did you look at a gas cap medalion. They are formed perfectly to fit the side covers.
