Default Help with carb and mods

Hey guys i got a set of bubby pipes and a stage 1 on my bike. The carb has been rejetted for these 2 mods. I want to stick a bassani 2:1 and a 4 inch a/c on the bike. Question is do i need to rejet again for this new set up? Also has anyone used the stage 1 carb tuner kit from Harley-performance.com. I will prob get the a/c first and then when money comes in going to get the pipe. Thanx for the help guys.
