Default Fuel tank ?

I have found the tank that has the look I want. But two questions. The info says the tank is for 04'-06' I have 2010 will it still fit? And how hard would it be to cut out and insert the fuel pump?

Yes it'll fit but it won't work without the fuel pump assembly. It's not a terrible job as long as there is room. Post a link to the tank you're looking at?

It would be easier to say eBay item number 260795309348. It's a 2" stretched 4 gal tank for an 04'-06'.

That tanks has a good bit of curve to the bottom of it. It might work but will probably take a little engineering.

Where in Indiana are you?

That curve is what I like about it. Looks like a good winter project.

Brazil? I lived in Terre Haute for a long time. We used to ride through Brazil all the time. Try to find a smashed up fuel injected Sportster tank for the fuel pump mounting plate. Winter is a long ways off. You should be able to snag one cheap since you have time.
