08 Nightster Backfiring through intake?

08 Nightster Backfiring through intake?
Heres the deal... Installed V&H SS's/FP/K&N intake.... running like crap... seems like it's missing when i am screaming down the road at 35 mph.... kind of like .... bump bump....... bu, bu, bump bump..... you have to say it out loud to get the full affect! haha... anyway also it seems to like to backfire through the intake when cold... i was coming home from work and it cut out on me and wouldent bump start back up.. shut it down and startd back up with the key while still moving???? WTF i have 5000 on the bike and only 400 with the mods.... do i need to changes settings on the fuel pack? anyone else having these problems? please help!!!!

Throw the fuel pak away and buy a TTS Mastertune and have it dyno'd
