There is another post about nightster seats which reminded me how badly my @$$ hurt today after riding for a few hours on my 48. Has anybody changed their seat on the 48? Do you have pics? Any recommendations? I think that this is going to be my first upgrade because riding wasn't fun anymore after 2-3 hours. I really like the vintage saddle seats with springs. Has anybody put one on? If so, is it comfortable?

 

I had a custom seat made with foam and gel....I think the stock 48 seat has got to be the most uncomfortable thing made.

 

I went with a Mustang solo on mine

 

I put the HD Spring seat on mine. It's way better than stock.

 

Put the springer on also. Bet the ride would be even better if I upgraded the shocks but that's not really important to me now. But at least you don't slide back anymore like I did on the stock on when I gave it the gas
