Default Attaching a Helmet

Yesterday I went over to my daughter's to take her for a spin.
I took an extra full-face helmet and it was a pain trying to figure out how to attach it to the bike for the ride over to her place.
Wondered if anyone has the same problem and a possible solution.

Looking forward to any replies/ideas.
Thanks and have a great Memorial Day.

I see many people strapping extra helmets to the sissy bar or with a net on the back seat.
