I need to drill my bars...

What are u drilling for? I guess a generic answer would be....... when your drilling into a tubular shape u are going to need to use a nail set/tap to make a small divet so the drill bit doesn't slide off then u should be able to drill away. Oh and i have found that the best bits are Titanium coated drill bits.

Make sure you drill oblong holes and file them up smooth as butter next to the dimples by the hand controls. The dimples help keep the wires from being pinched and a better angle to the hole. Unless you've done it a lot, its best to use bars that can be either internal or external wiring. They usually have all the dimples in the right spots. You also can dimple your own bars.....
There is a lot of info here............. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...al-wiring.html
Good luck!

You didn't specify if you were going to internally wire or just looking to put bar-end mirrors on. Also, there are many styles of bars so even if I could assume you were internally wiring it could change where you have to drill. Don't get all excited.
