sorry to hear that but glad she's ok bro. sounds like some nice people too that stopped and offered help. i could never watch my wife ride on the street, no way! i get spooked watching her ride her quad for cryin out loud.

I really glad she's OK. My girl just bought a bike today and that is my biggest fear. To be behind her and watch it happen. Gives me the shakes just imagining.

sux to here dude, hope shes ok, hopefully all she really hurt was her pride. i would take a low side over a highside any day. i hade a nice highside when i first started riding. wasnt fun bouncing off the pavment at 50+ mph

Thanks for all the words guys - I'll send her a link to this thread, in a few days.

She's definitely more sore now than she was this morning, and will be increasingly so for the next few. I had a head on 30mph crash on my bicycle with a passenger car door about 10 years ago - on a 15 pound bike. Bounced off it and landed two lanes over. Talk about being more and more sore for a few days - wish I COULDN'T remember it!

Glad she's OK. Make sure you replace the helmet - they're good for one impact an then they're done...
