Cool I'll bump it down. I just filled what ever the side walls say. I ran high for commuteing. And lowered for weekend rides.

Jackpot!!! My struts are on the way! I got them for free too-- well kind of. I just bought a fisboy clamp from SteveO and he threw in the struts for free. Should be getting them by next week.
Any veteran install advice?

I did by myself no stand or jack. 2 cold beers 1 wratchet
1 5/16 Allen head socket 1 19mm socket. 15 minutes if that.

How did you do it by yourself? My jack **** on me last weekend so I had to lift the bike up by hand while my GF swapped shocks.

Will I have to do anything to the front end? Like put in some lowered springs to compensate for the drop in the back?
What about the kick-stand? I heard or read somewhere that you have to get a new lowered kickstand if your bike is lowered. True or rumor?

I just left it on the kick stand took off the right shock first. It came off easy straddled the fender put some weight on it. Aligned the strut slid bolts in. Then did the otherside

My kick stand is fine some spots are tricky but overall fine
