[quote=Osco;8316970]Load test the battery yourself first.
Use a meter,,hook It up,,
Voltage should be about 12.5,,don't worry about point this or point that too much.
Now while It's hooked up watch the meter and start the bike.
Voltage should not drop below 10 while the bike starts.
Anything below 10 Is bad,,below 7 or 8,,,your about to be stranded/quote]
ALL 12 VOLT SYSTEMS SHOULD MEASURE APPROXOMATELY 12.9 VOLTS AT THE BATTERY WITH THE VEHICLE OFF!! ALL 12 VOLT CHARGING SYSTEMS SHOULD MEASURE 14.2 OR 3 OR 4 AT THE BATTERY WITH THE VEHICLE RUNNING!!
Now - that being said - if the voltage reads 12.5 you have a battery less than 1/2 charged. You would need to charge or replace it! If the battery voltage drops excessively when starting the bike you would either have a bad battery or starter.

bad relays bro. throw the 2 you got out and buy 3 new ones. then you will have a spare. clean it all out and pack the fuse block with dialetic grease. when washing try not to hit that are directly with water. I always blow my fuse block with air after each washing just to make sure no water is sitting in there. This problem has happened to me 4 or 5 times.
