Default Fork Brace Suggestions

Hey Everyone,

Just decided this past weekend that I really like the fenderless look on my iron and want to keep it off. A thanks to "OSCO" for the helpfuk info given to me already but my question here is what fork brace do you guys "and girls" suggest and why and if you have pics of it on please post them.

Thanks in advance
Matt

Out of curiousity: Did you put quotes around girls because you're implying girls don't actually exist or that the girls on this forum aren't real girls?

At any rate, here are links to the two fork braces that I keep seeing. Roland Sands Design and Superbrace. I dig the look of fenderless in front. I like my Ember Red Sunglo too much to get rid of the rear fender as well haha.

I run a superbrace on my Nightster. I was expecting an improved ride through the twisties...what I was amazed with is how much improved the handling was in general! It was like a completely different (and much improved) bike! If I did it all over again....the superbrace would be one of my first handful of mods.

Sorry....no pics with it on the bike. However, it isn't really noticable anyways so here is a pic of my fenderless sporty:

I do not run a brace, see no need for it, my front wheel stays planted and never shakes, ever.

That's because you have a front fender on...you don't need a brace with a front fender because that's what the fender acts as.

Bro you Nightster is SICK!!! Never seen of a pic of it before.

I've been thinking about getting a superbrace... They are running a group buy coupon right now. I want to say its 10 or 15 percent off???

There's still room for improvement. I have my fender on and still get a little shake from time to time at around 80mph. A fork brace is on my Xmas list

I never said that there wasn't. The OP said he's going fenderless and was looking at fork braces. The other post said "I do not run a brace, see no need for it, my front wheel stays planted and never shakes, ever." He wouldn't have to worry about it because he didn't remove his fender so his statement is irrelevant. We're taking about fenderless bike stability not about bikes with fenders.

A truth is never irrelevant.

Lick's has a few braces for cheap, but they do not look near at strong as the super brace.
