Gogetter
Mine just arrived by UPS. Read the installation directions. Pretty straight forward. I figure it'l take me about an hour or so. Probably do it first thing in the morning : )

Just installed the same exhaust on my 48 the other day. Sounds great! Seems to be loud enough for now with the baffles in.

Pretty easy, I just followed the directions, if your bike is carbed, you'll need to rejetted it, and if it's fuel injected you'll need a fuel pak, also if it's carbed make sure to purchase the plugs to cover the o2 sensor holes up!

My bike is carbed. Runs fine. No re-jet.

Help guys - gotta make a choice between short shots or big radius!
I've got standards on at present but they scrape the ground!!
Are the short shots or big radius going to give me more or less of a problem?

I installed the big radius and there's a gap between the flange and engine. How do I get it flushed? or is it normal?

This doesn't look right to me.

Default Good to go

I installed Big Radius over the weekend. Love them....LOVE THEM!!!
Look's amazing and sounds incredible. As far as the gap, I too have a small gap,2-3 threads exposed. looked at the wifes 72 with stock pipes, same thing. I think it's good as long as you tightened up good enough to crush gaskets and got a good leak free seal.

I just spoke to a rep from an online store and they said that the radius doesn't offer quiet baffles. there is a difference between quiet baffles and the ones in there already?
