Saddle for tall riders?

I searched, honest!
I'm 6'2 and have been riding an Enduro/Adventure Bike with a seat height of around 33". So when I get on the Sportster I feel like I'm in a go kart, and my knees are flexed more than I like.
The bike came with a solo saddle in addition to the OEM saddle, and the solo would be easy enough to have fattened up at an upholstery shop.
But are there any saddles available that raise you up more? I'm willing to risk the Fashion Police for a more comfortable riding position.

Thanks for the post, I've been searching for the answer to your question for a few months and was about to start my own thread but decided to search one last time.
I almost pulled the trigger on a mustang vintage solo for my 07 nighster, but all the pictures make it look like it's going to push me forward a bit, or at least not let me slide back at all. Right now, as uncomfortable as the stock seat is, I can slide back a bit up the hump. On the mustang vintage solo, it doesn't look like I would be to comfortable doing that. Then again, if it pushes me back 1 inch or so as Osco says I wouldn't have to.
Osco, if you could remember the name of the seat that moves you back 2 inches, I'd appreciate it!
I have forward controls, just looking for a bit more leg room and a bit more padding.
