Joker Machine Air Cleaner: Real Fitment? / Velocity Stacks
#11
I've been running the JM intake for a while and once my fuel management system optimized itself I noticed a pretty decent gain in power through out the entire power band. My top end speed increased by quite a bit. Last time I rode it I took it up to 116mph but, unfortunately had to slow down it was too cold that day (19deg. before wind chill). My experience with velocity stacks is dust isn't just the problem but, also rain and debris. That is a simple fix though a perforated intake cover can be purchased for a few $. Still the quality of the JM intakes craftmanship is great.

Joker Machine quality is top notch. I got the air cleaner from their first production batch, since then they have added different styles of covers and I am sure, if anything, they have made improvements to the machining of the piece. I have had zero issues with mine. The only engine stutter I have had was during a downpour that I shouldn't have been riding in anyway. Light rain has not been a problem.

That's good to know. I have a Forcewinder on right now and it makes me feel awkward on the bike at times...can't get my right leg against the tank.
