Thanks guys for all the info. I can go to my training with no worries now. I just put some 16 inch apes on, so this should really benefit me. Any pointers for those of you with apes?

Better practice with those apes before you go in for the course. They get you doing swerve work and tight u-turns.

I have been practicing and I can't get a figure eight yet without setting my foot down. I keep snapping my head, but the foot still comes down.
I guess practice makes perfect.
