It takes a while! The Trick is to tape off the other side and if lose the string use an air compressor to blow it back through. You can either do one wire at a time or, Tape them all together in a really tight bundle and lube the **** out of it and pull it though. It usually helps if you have someone pulling and someone trying to feed the wires. I got the Short Z bars on mine and I couldn't stand the look with external wires all over the place so I did internal. I know now why most don't run internal because it's a lot of work and difficult with the sharp edges of the bars. It took me a good 3 hours to get mine wired but I saved hundreds from a dealer and personal satisfaction. When it's done you'll be happy. Take your time and be patient it will work.

Don't use the string that comes with the bars it will just break. I recommend either strong fishing line or Military Combat boot Shoe strings that are nylon and very hard to break. That string that comes with the bars won't last through one hard pull of the wires.

If the line has to be replaced You can use a vacume cleaner ...take a small light foam chip tie on some light mono filament/fishing line suck the foam chip through the bars, attach heavier line and then pull through the wiring.H

I found using the string that is in there to pull 2 strings through .

The tie one to the very Tip of the cables (tape works) and other about 1/2 in -1 in down.

keeping steady pressure on the one that 1/2 and working the Tip one will help clear the Z spots much easier. It helps it turn the corners really nice. I use to run them back in the day for a bunch of friends.

When I did mine, it was an absolute PITA. First lesson learned was to cut the wires instead of taking apart the molex connector. I wound up bending/breaking the pins on a few wires. I also realized that in order to get past the 2nd bend you have to only do a few wires at a time. I created a loop with my pullstring so it would always be inside the bars. Patients is the key. I almost got fed up and had a shop do it. When they said $150 to wire them, I became even more determined. Good luck and make sure to check the insulation on the wires whenn you are done. The may be nicked a bit. Crappy cell phone pic attached.
