Question Need help with small gap on new brake rotor

So as my project continues, on to assembling the wheels, powder coated them, time to mount the new rotors i purchased.....there is a small space where you can see the center of the rotor is approx 2-3 mm smaller than the wheel hub. you can see it in the picture, when i powder coated was told not to coat the inside so now you can see it well, question is this a problem? the oem fit perfectly of course, these are aftermarket, i can touch up the area showing with a black marker or even paint it.....that's not the issue, just want to make sure this is not a problem to go ahead and install these. thanks

Other than cosmetic, that's not a problem.
