Leatherlyke Bags?
Hi,
Have any of you tried Leatherlyke bags for your Sportster? I saw they have them for late models at this link:
http://www.leatherlyke.com/stores/sh..._ID=68&CATID=1
If you've seen these in person or used them, please let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Barry

RE: Leatherlyke Bags?
I have those exact bags (with the conchos) and they've worked great for me so far. Been in a couple of rain showers and everything inside remained nice and dry.
I got the ones that will fit with my removable backrest (sissy bar) and their instruction were a little incomplete but I was able to figure it out.

LeatherLyke bags
Barry, they're great bags. I got them on all three of my Sportsters. The bags are a rigid hard plastic which has a leather texture. What I like best about them is they are quick-release and have a keyed lock. LeatherLyke sells a "longer bolt kit" which accommodates a HD removable sissy bar. I have one bike setup with this kit; but I run solo on my other two...

umm... the storage capacity is good for tooling around on day trips or over night some where. by buddy has them too on his softail, which has a larger bag than what I got. but this is due to the fact that you can only move the tail lights back so far on a sporty. I tried to see if his would fit but there wasn't enough clearance left on my bike for it to fit. but overall I think the bags are great!
